My husband and I went into this location to look for a couple things, and I have to say exceptional service ! We were approached and helped by the representative named Aldo and he knew his products well, he made sure that we knew all the info about the product whether we were buying them or not. I will definitely come back here as long as hes still working here. Great guy !

This is a little late, but a must. As an ex employee of Aren't we Naughty I would like to mention the 2 yrs i worked at the Woodbridge location was a blast. Aida and Kim took very good care of me. I really do miss the customer regulars, the satisfaction on the customers face, when making there experience feel so easy.. and of course the company yearly staff party.. Thank you ️

The older white woman was rude. I would give this 0 stars if I could. She kept interrupting me and my friend when we were talking to each other about the products and she got mad because I unscrewed a lubricant top to SEE if it was a tester. When I noticed the seal was still intact, I put the lid back on right away obviously because it wasn’t a tester. At no time did I break the seal; I put it back exactly how it was on the shelf. She started freaking out about it. Obviously I became upset and asked her if she saw me break the seal. She said “no, and I appreciate that you didn’t”. So why are you yelling at me then? Lol. She then tried to be nice after realizing she was rude, but it was way too late for that. On a side note, the store has a really limited selection of toys and is way overpriced. BAD experience. Will never go back again.

Exciting store indeed. Every time I walk in, there are new toys. My wife loved the new squeeze vibrator, it was a great suggestion from the sales associate (rechargeable, kegel exerciser, and vibrator all in one). Definitely an improvement over the battery operated toy i got last time
